Hey folks, I'm sorry for not posting as often as I should, but a lot has been going on. I've been working nonstop on a massive painting, and I finally can post an image here of it. Can't show the full thing in it's entirety but you'll get the general jist of it. All 4 feet of it.
Hey everyone, I'm very sorry for missing last weeks blog post. I wasn't feeling the greatest, but feeling better now, so time to unload 2 weeks of work on here. Currently we're working on a large project for the Hershey Gardens Foundation involving an art concept called Exquisite Corpses. An Exquisite Corpse, is when you have multiple full body images, that can be interchanged with one another when aligned. So we're working on that right now to represent the four seasons and the gardens themselves. Here is my color concept below. When finished, they will be on four 12" tall x 24" wide wooden board, hand-painted with oils. From what I was told, the client really enjoyed it, but with every successful pitch comes the necessary tweaks to make a strong piece even better. Even if that means going all the way back to the drawing board and fixing anatomical mistakes. So here's what I ended up after my few tweaks, and to be honest I am very happy with the improvements.
